In 1992, Alabama, Will and Breeze Routledge sailed out with their father from the devastating Class 5 Hurricane Andrew. However, their truck gets stuck after running from a tree in front and they are forced to take shelter in a nearby house. In an attempt to save the truck from being swept away, strong winds loosened the water tank and crushed his father, killing him.
At present, another devastating hurricane named Tami has hit the city of Alabama. Treasury agent Casey Corbyn is ordered by fellow employee Randy Moreno to summon Breeze, who now works as an apprentice, and whose brother Will is a meteorologist, to fix a generator at a cash storage facility. When she leaves the facility, Treasury Agent rogues, led by Connor Perkins, infiltrate the facility and take The Employee Morrow hostage. He plans to steal $600 million, and Perkins enlists computer hackers, Sasha and the Friars, to crack the vault’s code. Failing to decrypt it, Perkins learns that Corbin may have changed it, so he has his men. Sasha and the Friars have to use a force attack using the city’s transmission tower. As Corbin and Breeze return to the facility, they are met by the mercenaries and Corbin engages in firing with them. Appears and helps him escape with his dominion, but Breeze is left behind and caught. He successfully repaired the generator and was taken hostage.
