Dries is a pre-election who lives on the borderline between civilized and criminal life. He has a regular and simple job and lives a simple life with his wife Lise and loves their family. However, her childhood friends from her Arab community, including her best friend Yanis, are dacoits and her brother is a small time criminal. Yanis tries to get Dries back into his gang, and uses his ex-boyfriend Nina to seduce him, taking him to expensive places and realizing the importance of big money. Dries fights against the temptation, but an incident will lead him back to Yannis’ gang and into a fight between the gangs with tragic consequences for the entire community.
