Movie Plot: The love life of Dr. Simon Sparrow (Sir Dirk Bogarde) improves dramatically when beloved Delia Mallory (Samantha Egger) is brought into casualties with a sprained ankle. She is relieved at the diagnosis, as she is a model, and is as attracted to Sparrow as she is to him. Sparrow finds himself treating Sir Lancelot Spratt (James Robertson Justice), who has started sleepwalking. He too has suddenly lost his husky demeanor, and is treating everyone quite well. Sparrow quickly diagnoses Spratt’s condition: he has fallen in love. The object of their affection is physiotherapist Iris Merchant (Barbara Murray). Sparrow urges her, but she also has another boyfriend in the form of Major Tommy French (Donald Houston). Spratt tries to hire a private detective to follow him, but when that doesn’t work, he follows her.
