Movie Plot: A man on the run is hunted by a demon known as the Collector. On a desert road in New Mexico, Collector follows drifter Frank Brecker. The vehicles crash and the breaker runs away. Local drunk Uncle Willie takes him to a decommissioned church converted into a boarding house, where he rents a room and looks after the residents: owner Irene, prostitute Cordelia, postal clerk Wally, and a work release named Jerryline. But a criminal. A misguided cook named Roach arrives and informs the group of an attempted burglary on his employer’s car, unaware that it was Bracker, and Irene, a suspect, calls the sheriff. Sheriff Tupper and his deputy Bob encounter the Collector at the crash site, who leads them to believe that Breacher is a dangerous thief. At the boarding house, Tupper and Bob learn that the breaker has an important artifact and is carrying a false ID. Tupper also receives news from his base that both cars have been stolen and arrests the breaker as well as the collector. The collector killed Tapper by punching him on his skull. Driven out by the key-like artifacts possessed by Brecker, the Collector draws his blood on the sand and forms a team of demonic creatures.
